Our use of our customized dotProject Management Application allows the client to follow the project with as much detail as they’d like: Task Completion, Gantt Charts, Progress Reports, Estimated v.s. Actual Start and Finish Times, Human Deployment, etc.

Typical Project Management needs for eCommerce include the hiring of designers, illustrators, programmers, product photographers, renting studio space, managing casting calls for models, hair stylists, make-up artists, wardrobe specialists, videographers, etc. We are able to negotiate on the clients’ behalf for services and manage execution.

Billing rates average $30 – $75 per hour depending on the complexity, skill sets and needs of the job.
