Definitely a ‘Plug Page’ for work that’s currently in progress. In addition to client work, Rasa Design Studio keeps busy with other projects such as application development (for later resale), art, music and video.
Key Projects Under Development:
Tableless XHTML / CSS osCommerce V.3.0.0:For the record, Rasa Design Studio’s CSS osCommerce was the very FIRST stable rewrite of osCommerce to produce a tableless site (years before OSC to CSS). Version 3 incorporates osCommerce 2.3.1 but stays with our goal of making osCommerce MARKETABLE and USABLE and not merely tableless.
Seven Stone eCommerce: A much longer-term project, Seven Stone is a completely new eCommerce application written in PHP/mySQL with a no-holds-barred concentration on SEO, marketing and usability both for visitors and for staff. We’re using Ajax extensively and the goal is to separate design, programming and administration within the structure; structure and style within the front end. We’re developing this application on SourceForge and we’re nearly finished with a complete development plan complete with a marketing strategy for this project.
