Case Study: Nikon “Masters of…”

Rasa Design Studio was hired by John Cole & Co. to develop an interface for NikonSchool’s “Masters of Portraiture” and other “Masters of..” CD Deliverables series. The major issue was that the QuickTime videos that the company produced from analog video tapes conflicted with the JavaScript on Mac platforms.

The ‘common wisdom’ was that QuickTime movies simply could not be called and controlled with Mac IE. We developed a ‘Flash’ solution that bypassed the Mac IE bug.
